The Scoop

The last days of August are quickly disappearing, and snow will be blowing in before we know it. But don’t fret – a true blue marbler can eat ice cream year round. (we recommend a thick pair of mittens). In the meantime, take a few minutes to close your eyes and revel in your favorite late-summer treat. For me it’s the blueberry – that beautiful fruit with dusty blue skin like a pastel drawing, and no shortage of nutritional richness. Come to think of it, blueberries are kind of like ice cream: healthy and delicious.
