As you may or may not already be aware, we are more than happy to hand-pack a pint (or two or three) of any of our flavors for you to take home with you. While I fully support the time honored tradition of grabbing a spoon and sitting down in front of your TV and enjoying it straight from the container, Blue Marble take out is perfect for a party.
I’m a big fan of the Pistachio Almond, so when Almond Chip made its brief appearance I made sure to scoop up a pint for myself. And all my friends had been going wild over the Blueberry Pomegranate, so I packed up one of those as well.
After a dinner party last night, I plated our dessert:
That makeshift double-mini almost mirrored the flavors of the muffins I had made earlier that afternoon: multigrain banana muffins with pistachios, cranberries and golden raisins. My guests were totally floored, mostly thanks to my heart shaped muffin pan and their chance to eat some of our more coveted flavors.

The other day I packed some pints for a customer, Molly, who told me she was planning on using her pints of Sweetart Strawberry and Velvet Vanilla for an ice cream cake. I asked her to send me pictures of the finished product and it came out beautifully!

Molly thinned the ice cream slightly with a bit of cream and used it to frost the sponge cake.
